1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing from the package.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be retained.
  • Proof of purchase/order number must be provided.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product must be submitted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants damaged due to improper care after delivery.
  • Products returned after 5 days of delivery.
  • Used, planted, or altered products.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Customised or special-order products.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order Number
    • Product Photos/Videos
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product if available in stock.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
